Etniko was born taking as a concept the towns of Mexico in which traditions and colors were the greatest inspiration.
The client requested a space where the colors and the Mexican atmosphere are reflected in the architecture of the place, fused with a level of mysticism, innovation and modernity typical of Aldea Zama, Tulum. Using materials such as chukum, polished cement and porcelain, all of the best quality. As for the distribution of spaces, it is made up of 3 levels, in which there are 2 apartments, 4 luxury studios, an art gallery, a coworking space, a gym, an amazing rooftop with a pool and lounge. For the project, the most important thing was the greatest possible conservation of the trees and at the same time seek to transmit simple and elegant ideas and forms, putting geometry as the true protagonist. During the work, great care was taken to integrate the interior and exterior. spaces with nature, finding a balance between the architecture and the trees that surround them.
